Data you submit through forms on this site
On several pages you can send an enquiry through a form — about meetings, longer stays, corporate agreements or general questions. The fields collected are your name and email address, which are always required, and where applicable your company, telephone number, number of people, preferred date and your message.
The details are stored in our database and simultaneously sent as a message to reception's email so that we can reply. Only authorised hotel staff have access to them.
We use the details to answer your enquiry and for any booking or agreement it leads to. We never sell them on.
If you want an enquiry you have sent to be deleted, contact us at reception@hotellarkad.se and we will remove it.
